Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of tanshinone II A sodium sulfonate injection combined with edaravone in treatment of cerebral infarction and the analysis of its mechanism. Methods:Collected in our hospital in 2014 January—2015 February hospitalized patients with cerebral infarction in 246 cases, were randomly divided into control group, combined treatment group. The control group with conventional treatment, oral aspirin bamyl 0.5 g/day,intravenous infusion of Edaravone Injection;combined treatment group oral bamil, intravenous infusion of sodium tanshinone A sulfonate injection + edaravone injection;using TCD brain blood flowmeter dynamic observation of the two groups before treatment(day of admission),4,7,21 regional cerebral blood flow(RCBF),recorded platelet aggregation rate, fibrinogen, whole blood low shear viscosity, index of whole blood high shear viscosity, hematocrit five items of blood rheology, and calculate the neural function defect score(ESS)scores and the cure rate. Results:The combined treatment group in patients with cerebral infarction in the 5 d RCBF is gradually restored, the index of hemorheology were significantly decreased,ESS score and improve the cure rate, and the group before treatment and the control group, the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05. Conclusion:Tanshinone II A sodium sulfonate and edaravone combination of two drugs in the treatment of cerebral infarction has obvious synergistic drug, can be increased in the patients with RCBF,and promote the recovery of neurological function in patients with, improving hemorheology and improve the cure rate.
