Abstract：Objective The aims of this study is to establish a progestin-resistance cell line ISH/MPA.Methods A resistance endometrial cancer cell line ISH/MPA was established by cultured gradually increasing concentration of Megestrolacetate（MPA）.The resistant index was estimated by Medroxyprogesterone acetate（MTS）assay.Cell growth curve were also measured.Results The progestin-resistance cell line ISH/MPA was established with the resistant index of 3.35.There was no statistically significant in doubling time between the progestin-resistance cell line ISH/MPA and endometrial cancer cell line Ishikawa cultured in DMEM without MPA.Conclusion The cell line ISH/MPA is successfully established by gradually increasing concentration of MPA method.
