Preparation of Lanthanum Modified Solid Catalyst SnO2-WO3/La2O3 and Its Catalytic Performance for Synthesis of Adipic AcidChinese Full Text

Abstract:Lanthanum modified solid catalyst SnO2-WO3/La2O3 was developed under the conditions of nSn∶ nW =2∶ 1,La2O33.0 %(wt) and calcinating at 500 ℃ for 3 h.It was characterized by IR techniques and employed as the catalyst to catalyze the synthesis of adipic acid from cyclohexanone oxidized by 30% hydrogen peroxide.The effects of various factors such as catalyst dosage,hydrogen peroxide dosage,reaction time and reusability of the catalyst on the catalytic performace of the catalyst were all investigated.The result indicated that the optimal reaction conditions were 100mmol cyclohexanone,50mL30% H2O2 and 1.25g catalyst SnO2-WO3/La2O3,the yield of adipic acid could reach 77.7% when refluxing was 7 h.The catalytic performance could exhibit high activity with the yield nearly 40.0% after being used 6 times.
