天麻钩藤饮加减联合美多芭治疗67例帕金森病疗效观察

Abstract: ＜正＞帕金森病是神经内科常见的一种神经性运动障碍性疾病,主要以静止性震颤、行动迟缓、肌强直和姿势步态障碍为临床发病特征,常常伴有便秘、性功能减退、出汗异常等自主神经症状,约1/2患者伴有抑郁或失眠等临床症状,常规西药往往因为明显的不良反应使患者难以耐受,严重影响患者生活和工作。笔者采用天麻钩藤饮加减联合美多芭治疗帕金森病效果确切,现报道如下。一般资料
