摘要:Currently,there is an increasing number of large thermal power units needing to participate in regulation of speedy frequency and deep peak-load under condition of large scale wind and other new energy power paralleling in grid,which leads result that the range and frequent degree of unit regulating system action become larger than ever.So do the occurrence rate and complex degree of its fault.Based on the actual unit case study we find that HP-valve’s poor flow characteristics of software failure and loose connection parts of hardware failure both can cause unit load mutation.Then,a method for fault degree identification that can make use of software to do online monitoring and economic solution on optimization point that can realize the online optimization and transformation are shown for the load mutation.Finally,the optimization reconstruction is carried out for two kind units with two corresponding faults in HP-valve.And test results show that it’s of great engineering application value to guarantee units with safety and efficient in varying load operation.
