K=6+ isomers in Hf, Yb and W nuclei

摘要:<正>Using deformed Hartree-Fock and angular momentum projection (PHF) technique [1] we try to understand the systematics in the life times of K=6+ isomers with increasing neutrons (in Hf nuclei) and increasing protons (in N=104 Yb, Hf and W). The lifetimes of the K=6+ isomers in 172-178Hf are 5 ns, 130 ns, 10 us and 80 ns respectively. The lifetimes of the K=6+ isomeric states in N=104 isotones of Yb, Hf and W are 810 μs , 10 μs and 6 ns respectively. As evident the
