Study on Placement of the Firefighting Government Building in 23 Wards of Tokyo

摘要:Research Background and Objectives The Tokyo Fire Department is in charge of fire and disaster prevention work in almost all areas of Tokyo.There are 1 to 4 fire departments in each administrative district,and 1 to 6 sub fire station are allocated to each fire department.In this research,we will clarify the actual situation of the arrangement of the fire department and sub fire station in the 23 wards of Tokyo and the relationship between the population,area and fire station distance between the fire department.1.Research method In this study,we collected data on Tokyo 23 wards.Based on that,we created an arrangement map of the firefighting government building,and based on the population and area of each section,the range covered by each firefighting office building,the distance between firefighting government buildings,the number of vehicles and the number of annual dispatch,the arrangement of firefighting buildings in the administrative district And clarify the problems and grasp future tasks.2.Result The current arrangement of the arrangement of the fire station in Tokyo 23 wards became clear.(1) From the population and the number of annual number of actions,Shinjuku Ward,which has the largest entertainment area in Tokyo,has a large number of annual movements despite being a small population at nighttime.It is clear that there are local governments with few annual number of actions to the population.It seems that Chuo Ward,Chiyoda Ward and Minato Ward are related to the fact that the facility level is high as an office town.Shibuya Ward has only one fire department for population,but the proportion of the daytime population is extremely high at 520,698.(2) From the arrangement of the fire department houses,it became clear that the distance between firefighting office buildings becomes large in areas with large scale facilities.The difference between the distance between the shortest government buildings and the distance between the longest government buildings was also revealed to be the largest at 2.2 km in Taito Ward and the fire department building was located at the same distance in the similar numbers.(3) From the number of vehicles and the Annual number of actions,it was found that a correlation formula y = 1002.4 x + 2013.7 was obtained,and it became clear that one vehicle is required per 1000 times.Based on these facts,it seems that the arrangement of firefighting government building in the 23 wards of Tokyo seems to be arranged in a well-balanced manner from the distance between the firefighting government building when viewed in a straight line distance.
