Study on the Accessibility of Urban Public Cultural Facilities based on Children’s Travel Behavior Characteristics——Taking Lvshun Museum as an Example

摘要:With the rapid development of the city and the widespread use of private cars,the spatial layout and built environment of the city ignore the vulnerable groups such as children,which has led to the failure to provide better services for children in the spatial layout and environmental design of urban public cultural facilities.The safety of children’s travel has been greatly threatened.In this study,Lushun Museum,the core of Lushunkou District in Dalian City,is selected as the research site,and children under 14 years old and their accompanying parents are selected as the research objects.The second part obtains children’s travel characteristics based on questionnaires and follow-up observations.According to the questionnaire survey,the proportion of children aged 4-6 years old arriving at public cultural facilities is the largest,children are mainly accompanied by their parents,followed by grandparents.Most of the parents aged 30-50 were aged 50-70.In this study,children’s travel activities are divided into two stages:one is from the starting point to the museum;the other is the travel in the museum area.The survey shows that the proportion of children’s travel modes to the museum from high to low is:bus,private car,tourist bus,subway,walking,taxi.The proportion of vehicles for children to move in the museum public space is:walking,wheelbarrow,skateboard,roller skates,others,children’s bicycles.Through the analysis of the relationship between the age of accompanying parents and travel mode and travel time consumption,it is concluded that the older the accompanying parents are,the greater the travel time consumption to Lushun museum is.The third part analyzes the characteristics of public transport travel environment of public cultural facilities.Firstly,it analyzes the relationship between the bus routes around cultural facilities and the planning of residential areas and primary schools from a macro perspective,and concludes that the distribution of bus lines and stops in Lushunkou District is closely related to the distribution of residential areas and primary schools,and the convenience of public transport is better.Secondly,it analyzes the travel accessibility of bus stops within 500 meters around Lushun Museum by topological measurement method,and analyzes the walking connectivity,walking distance and walking safety of bus stops.According to the research,children need to cross multiple roads from the museum to the bus station,and the connectivity is poor;the walking time of children aged 3-6 is more than 5 min,and the walking time is too long;the walking route from bus station to museum is blocked by multiple road intersections,so the continuity of walking route is weak and the safety is low.The fourth part studies and analyzes the satisfaction evaluation of children and families to the travel environment,which provides six environmental factors for the evaluation of children and parents’ satisfaction with travel environment:safety of envir
