摘要:This paper developed an on-line gas flow calibration system based on piston prover. The principle of clearance-seal was introduced briefly, and then the realization of the piston prover based on clearance-seal was discussed in detail. According to the experimental results, the repeatability and precision was superior to the soap film flow meter. Within the range of 5-500 sccm, the testing relative error is less than 1%, which indicates the high precision of the device. In addition, with the advantages of high degree of automation and outstanding reliability, this calibration system could be widely applied to various fields of on-line and off-line gas flow calibration.
