Graphene-modified CPE as a disposable electrochemical sensor for rapid determination of fluoranthene

摘要:A disposable electrochemical sensor(ES) was developed by embellishing graphene on carbon paste electrode(CPE), and the electrocatalytic activity of fluoranthene(Frt) was investigated. An anodic peak of Frt-acetonitrile-NaClO4 appeared at 1.6 V based on the cyclic voltammetry. The peak current of Frt at graphene-modified CPE was increased compared with that of unmodified electrode. The differential pulse voltammetry revealed a linear relationship between peak current and Frt concentration within 2–140 ng mL-1, and the LOD was calculated to be 0.95 ng mL-1. Also, the ES method was effective for rapid determination of Frt in black rubbers on modified CPE.
