Development and Optimization of MEMS Air Turbine Generator with Multilayer Ceramic Magnetic Circuit

摘要:This study proposes an electromagnetic-induction-type air turbine generator,which employs micro electro mechanical systems(MEMS)technology,with a magnetic circuit,which employs multilayer ceramic technology.When applying ceramic technology to the magnetic circuit,it is possible to form a helical structure inside the magnetic material.The fabricated generator has a miniaturized monolithic structure and exhibits low internal resistance.In the magnetic circuit,the structure is optimized for preventing magnetic flux loss.The dimensions of the generator are 3.5 mm×3.5 mm×3.88 mm.The maximum output power is 1.74μVA at 30,000 rpm.The internal resistance of the magnetic circuit is 1.05Ω.
