Accuracy analysis of a 6-DOF parallel manipulator
摘要：In this paper, the analysis of a 6-DOF parallel manipulator was introduced in order to improve the accuracy. Based on the analysis of error sources, the error model of the parallel mechanism was established by vector method. The accuracy of analytical formulas was pushed by the error model. And then the sensitivity of various error sources were obtained by MATLAB simulation, the maximum singular value of the matrix can be considered as impact index of the error. The results of error and accuracy analysis can provide an important guiding significance for control system.
