The Building of Managerial Staff Training System of Sichuan Electric Power Corporation: Based on the Learning Capacity Promotion Model

摘要：With the changes of management era, learning capacity has become an important ability of leaders, and learning ability is shapeable and trainable. This paper, based on the strategic development goal of Sichuan electric power corporation, the subsidiary corporation of the State Grid Corporation of China, takes the corporation’s factory directors, division chiefs, section chiefs, squad leaders and group leaders as the research object. With a variety of research methods, this paper creatively puts forward the "333" leaders’ learning capacity promotion model and builds a training system which takes the model as its foundation.
