摘要:According to the reservoir geological and seismic response characteristics of Bohai bay in China, we designed a sandstone wedge model and analyzed its seismic response changes. The results show that when the thickness of the sandstone is less than the seismic tuning thickness, the seismic response as a composite waveform is time-indistinguishable and amplitude-distinguishable. So we modify the interpreted horizons to complete waveform horizons, which contain a peak and a trough of the composite waveform. The full waveform time window is used to extract the seismic horizon attributes from the 3D seismic data. In this way, the horizon-basedseismic attributes can transform reservoir architecture predictions limited by the seismic resolution to lateral identification. Then, discontuinuities of reservoir architecture units are detected by mathematical morphology. To sum up, this method predicts the lateral discontinuous of fluvial reservoir architecture which limited by the seismic resolution and provides a basis for the detailed characterization of fluvial reservoir composite sandstone.
