摘要:In recent years, interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in developing countries has increased. Most CSR research has focused on a developed countries point of view of CSR principles, standards and frameworks. However, there are no frameworks, standards and accepted principles for developing countries. Because of different contexts, cultures and values, those CSR principles and frameworks of the developed countries are not always appropriate for developing countries. The purpose of this paper is to describe the development of a CSR framework that would be applicable to developing countries such as Sri Lanka. The study used a Delphi technique to collect the data to develop the CSR framework.
