Research on Consumer Financial Service Innovation from the Perspective of Internet Bank

摘要：Every consumer in China has his or her own dream of wealth appreciation and has formed his or her own logical system on how to spend money.In the face of this kind of financial demand of consumers,Internet banks should make full use of their unique advantages to accurately analyze potential customers,providing customers with effective means of transaction,and enhancing customer value.The shape as well as the means and tools of financial service consumption were studied in this paper,and strategic suggestions were put forward from four aspects:financial efficiency,customer experience,awareness of prevention and control,and financial ecology.
