摘要:The practical applications of copper azide have not been realized because of its extreme sensitivity to friction and shock.Nano-crystallization and in situ preparation are promising ways to realize the practical applications of copper azide.Nano-crystallization of copper azide can modify its sensitivity and in-situ preparation results in improved safety because the direct contact with the sensitive explosive can be avoided.In this paper,five parts are included:(1) review of preparation and properties of copper azide;(2) in-situ preparation of copper azide by using electrochemical deposition;(3) preparation and characterization of copper azide nanowire arrays fabricated by AAO template-based electrochemical deposition;(4) in-situ preparation of copper azide film from sputtered copper film;(5) preparation and characterization of copper azide confined inside carbon nanotubes arrays.The four ways of copper azide chip construction were compared and the correspoding performance were given.
