摘要:<正> Optical properties of CdS nanocrystal was intensively studied for recent decades. Surface of the nanocrystal plays important role for optical and electronic properties. Recently, surface modification using colloid technique is widely studied. We prepared CdS nanosphere possessing PEG tethered chains (PEG-TC) on the surface. The PEG-TC on the surface of the CdS nanosphere prevent non-specific aggregation each other. This feature is attractive to apply the CdS nanosphere, based optelectrinic devices. New type of
