摘要:<正>Sulfur Single-wavelength Anomalous Scattering (Sulfur-SAS or -SAD) phasing, which does not require the incorporation of selenomethionine or other scatterers into the protein, may be an effective option for structure determination in the future. This method requires highly accurate data and is not currently suitable for every protein crystal. However, it should become more general in the future as improvements are made in detectors, optics and data processing software.
