摘要:<正>Toxic aggregated amyloid-βaccumulation is a key pathogenic event in Alzheimer’s disease (AD) which derives from amyloid precursor protein (APP) through sequential cleavage by BACE1 (β-site APP cleavage enzyme 1) andγ-secretase.
