Training of Diplomatic Personnel in Arab Countries（Case of Yemen and Jordan）
摘要：This paper focuses on the significant process of training diplomatic personnel in one of the most politically complicated and conflict-prone regions-the Middle East. The relevance of this topic is also determined by diplomatic and foreign policy activities of the Arab countries that have led to the growth of the authority of a number of Middle Eastern states in the international arena. The training of diplomatic personnel is an important part of diplomatic service functioning of any state. A number of state structures-governmental and specialized educational institutions are involved in this process. They conduct this type of training according to the international standards and protocols. We have chosen for research Jordan and Yemen because of the significant role that the both countries’ diplomats play in international relations in the Middle East. Because of the confusingly unstable political situation in the region, these professionals have posted a tremendous contribution in nowadays diplomacy in the region. Therefore, we decided to get a closer look on what kind of training/educational process did these diplomats receive before they become what they are. So we test the ideologies, strategies and training mechanisms used to educate and train diplomats to achieve the main target of representing these two countries diplomatically.
