钴磷合金镀层的热疲劳组织结构变化的研究

【Author】 ZHANG Yan1,CHEN Lina2,YOU Xianqing2,YANG Qinghai2(1.Department of Mechanical Engineering,Anhui Vocational and Technical College,Hefei 230051,China; 2.Department of Material Science and Engineering,Hefei University of Technology,Hefei 230009,China) Abastrct Steel bonded carbide was selected as matrix material and electroless plating Co-P alloy was finished on its surface,and heat treatment was performed after plating.Thermal cyclic test was performed on self-made thermal fatigue testing machine,and the change rules of microstructure of coating were investigated during thermal cycling.The results show that the coating is smooth and has a good bonding with matrix material.Allotropic transformation from α-Co to β-Co takes place in the coating during heat treatment.There is serious oxidation and corrosion on coating surface when heat temperature and thermal cycling times increase,then part of coating spalls.Heat treatment after plating effects the hardness of coating.

【摘要】 选用钢结硬质合金为基体材料,在其表面进行化学镀钴磷合金,再进行热处理。在自制的热疲劳度试验机上进行热循环实验,研究所获的钴磷合金镀层及在热疲劳过程中组织结构变化的基本规律。结果表明,在该合金表面所获得的钴磷合金镀层平整光滑,与基体材料结合良好;镀层在热处理过程发生α-Co→β-Co的同素异构转变;随着热循环温度的提高以及热循环次数的增加,镀层表面氧化腐蚀加剧,部分镀层剥落;镀后的热处理影响镀层表面的显微硬度。
