Effects of Different Growth-regulators on Shoot Regeneration Capacity of Dioscorea oppasita

【摘要】 [Objective]To provide basic data for establishing a virus-free system for stem tips of Dioscorea oppasita by studying the comprehensive effects of different growth-regulators with different concentration on the shoot regeneration capacity.[Method]With 6-BA,IBA,KT and CH as independent variables and differentiation rate,proliferation coefficient(total amount of regenerative shoots/total amount of explants) and proliferation rate as dependent variables,nine formulas were designed with MS as basic medium to study the regeneration capacity of Dioscorea oppasita shoots.[Result]The contribution efficiency of 4 growth-regulators on the proliferation coefficient and proliferation rate were 88.1% and 92.4% respectively and the effect size was 6-BA>IBA>CH>KT.[Conclusion]The effects of 6-BA and IBA on the regeneration capacity(proliferation coefficient or proliferation rate) of Dioscorea oppasita shoots were strong.
