Optimization of Microwave Extraction Process of Total Alkaloid from Aconitum flavum

【摘要】 [Objective] To optimize the microwave extraction process of total alkaloid from Aconitum flavum,so as to lay the foundation for the development and application of total alkaloid from Aconitum flavum.[Method] The extraction process of total alkaloid from Aconitum flavum was optimized by orthogonal test based on single factor test.[Result] The optimal extraction conditions were as following:8 min of extraction duration,1:10 of solid to liquid ratio,40 ℃ of extraction temperature and extraction solvent pH value of 3.Under the optimum extraction process,yield of total alkaloid from Aconitum flavum reached as high as 0.59%.[Conclusion] The optimum extraction conditions are obtained in this study,which will provide basis for the development and application of total alkaloid from Aconitum flavum.
