Study on Extraction Process of Resveratrol from Grape Skin

【摘要】 [Objective] To optimize the extraction process of resveratrol from grape skin,so as to lay a foundation for its rational exploitation and comprehensive utilization.[Method] Taking extraction rate of resveratrol as index,single factor test was applied to optimize the extraction process of resveratrol from grape skin.[Result] The optimum extraction conditions of resveratrol were as follows:extraction temperature of 50 ℃,extraction time of 4 h,solid-liquid ratio of 1∶14,soak pattern of static extraction in water bath.[Conclusion] This extraction process of resveratrol from grape skin was simple in operation and easy in industrialization.
