Study on the Extraction Technology of Protocatechuic Acid from Syringa oblata Lindl.Leaves

【摘要】 [Objective] To establish a method for extracting protocatechuic acid from Syringa oblata Lindl.leaves.[Method] With Syringa oblata leaves as raw material,absolute ethanol as solvent,the content of protocatechuic acid as the inspection index,an orthogonal test was carried out by selecting the material-liquid ratio,extraction times,extraction temperature and extraction time to optimize the extraction technology of protocatechuic acid from Syringa oblata leaves.[Result] The optimum extraction technology was as follows:material-liquid ratio of 1∶30,extraction time of 4 h,and extraction temperature of 65 ℃.[Conclusion] It was feasible to extract protocatechuic acid from Syringa oblata leaves by solvent-extraction method.
