Influence of Gingko Tea on Serum MDA and SOD of Mice with Alcoholic Liver Injury

【摘要】 [Objective]To study the influence of Selenium-added gingko tea,Zine-added gingko tea and common gingko tea on the malondialdehyde ( MDA) and superoxide dismutase ( SOD) of mice with alcoholic liver injury. [Method] 50 male Kunming mice were divided into 5 groups through weight randomly,including Selenium-added gingko tea group,common gingko tea group,Zine-added Gingko tea group,model control group and blank control group. After the mice were orally administered with gingko tea for 30 days,MDA content and SOD activity in serum of mice were measured according to the kit instructions. [Result] Compared with model group,Selenium-added gingko tea,Zine-added gingko tea and common gingko tea could significantly reduce MDA content ( P <0. 05) and significantly enhance SOD activity ( P <0. 05) in serum of mice. [Conclusion] Selenium-added gingko tea,Zine-added gingko tea and common Gingko tea could obviously reduce the MDA content and SOD activity in serum of the mice,as well as protect liver in mice.
