Selenium-accumulation Cultivation Technology of Ganoderma lucidum

【摘要】 [Objective] To investigate the effects of Na2SeO3 concentration on the yield, quality and selenium-accumulation of Ganoderma lucidum. [Method] Plate natural breeding method was used to select the G. lucidum. Cultivation experiment of the strain selected was conducted. With biomass and mycelium polysaccharide yield as the indices, effects of Na2SeO3 concentration on the yield, quality and selenium-accumulation of G. lucidum were studied. [Result] Results of pate natural breeding showed that the stain Taizhi 1 had the greatest biomass and polysaccharide yield. Therefore, Taizhi 1 was selected as the test object for selenium-accumulation. Adding Na2SeO3 in the liquid medium could effectively promote the growth of thalli, but had no significant promotion on the synthesis of polysaccharides. When the Na2SeO3 concentration reached 0.08%, the biomass yield was the maximum. Adding Na2SeO3 in the cultivation medium had certain promotion on the growth of G. lucidum and the synthesis of polysaccharides. Selenium content in fruiting body of G. lucidum enhanced as the concentration of Na2SeO3 increased. [Conclusion] Adding Na2SeO3 in the cultivation medium could promote the synthesis of polysaccharides and the growth of fruiting body of G. lucidum. Selenium content in fruiting body of G. lucidum enhanced as the concentration of Na2SeO3 increased.
