Effects of Different Digestion Methods on the Determination of Copper Content in RADIX ET RHIZOMA NOTOGINSENG by FAAS

【摘要】 [Objective] To investigate the effects of different digestion methods on the determination of copper (Cu) content in RADIX ET RHIZOMA NOTOGINSENG by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (FAAS).[Method] Using RADIX ET RHIZOMA NOTOGINSENG sampled from Wenshan City of Yunnan Province as experimental materials,the effects of different digestion methods of dry ashing and wet digestion on the determination of Cu content were investigated by atomic absorption spectrometry.[Result] The optimal recovery reached 3.221 μg/g at 600 ℃ for 4 h using dry ashing method,and 3.721 μg/g under HNO3-HClO4-H2O2 system using wet digestion method.[Conclusion] AAS could be used to determine the Cu content in Panax pseudo-ginseng var.Notoginseng simply and accurately,and the content of heavy metal Cu in Panax pseudo-ginseng var.Notoginseng produced in Wenshan,Yunnan Province is in accordance with Medicinal Plants and Preparations for the Import and Export of Green Industry Standards of China.
