Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Essential Oils from Stems,Leaves and Flowers (Fruits) of Fatsia japonica

【摘要】 [Objective]To compare the chemical constituents of the essential oils from different parts of Fatsia japonica.[Method]The essential oils were extracted from stems,leaves,flowers(fruits)of F.japonica by steam distillation,and GC-MS was used to analyze the chemical constituents.The relative percentage of each chemical constituent was calculated using peak areas normalization.[Result]A total of 97 compounds were identified from three essential oils of F.japonica,and the main component was sesquiterpene,while following was aliphatic compounds.There were 30 kinds of the same composition,accounting for 64.55%in stems,77.90%in leaves,and 69.40%in flowers(fruits).[Conclusion]The essential oils from different parts of F.japonica have some differences in composition and content.
