Study on the Extraction Technology of Triterpenoids from Ganoderma applanatum (Pers.) Pat.

【摘要】 [Objective] To study the extraction technology of triterpenoids from Ganoderma applanatum (Pers.) Pat. [Method] Microwave-assisted extraction (MAE), ordinary extraction, ultrasonic extraction and reflux extraction were used to study on triterpenoids from G. applanatum. By single factor test and central compose design, the extraction technology of triterpenoids was optimized. In addition, the effects of different methods on the extraction efficiency of triterpenoids were compared. [Result] The optimal extraction technology of triterpenoids was as follows: G. applanatum was extracted with 75% ethanol at the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20 (g/ml) for 15 min at 75 ℃. Under these conditions, the average extraction rate of triterpenoids was 0.748%. It showed that the extraction efficiency of ordinary extraction, reflux extraction and ultrasonic extraction were respectively 74%, 80%, and 83% of microwave extraction by comparing the different methods. [Conclusion] MAE is a better extraction method for the content determination of triterpenoids in G. applanatum that has the advantages of fewer solvent, shorter time and higher extraction efficiency.
