Study on the Analgesic and Anti-inflammatory Effects of the Ethyl Acetate Extract of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum Folium

【摘要】 [Objective]To study the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of the ethyl acetate extract of Cinnamomun longepaniculatum Folium.[Methods]Using the acetic acid writhing test and hot plate test to observe the analgesic effect of ethyl acetate extract of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum Folium on mice.By xylene induced mouse ear swelling model and acetic acid induced mouse capillary permeability increasing model to observe the anti-inflammatory effect of ethyl acetate extract of Cinnamomum longepaniculatum Folium.[Results]The ethyl acetate extract of Cinnamomun longepaniculatum Folium could significantly reduce the writhing times of mice induced by acetic acid with no significant analgesic effects on hot plate test model;could significantly inhibit abdomen capillary permeability increasing of mice induced by acetic acid,and significantly inhibit xylene induced mouse ear swelling in high dose.[Conclusions]The ethyl acetate extract of Cinnamomun longepaniculatum Folium has certain peripheral analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
