Effects of Different Fertilities on the Antioxidant Enzyme Activities and Chlorophyll Content of Radix pseudostellariae

【摘要】 [Objective]To explore a suitable fertility level for the growth of Radix pseudostellariae.[Methods]Employing antioxidant enzyme activities and chlorophyll content as the indicators,an orthogonal experiment L9(33)was designed to analyze the field plantation and chemical properties of R.pseudostellariae by potted cultivation collected from the GAP production base in Shibing County of Guizhou Province.[Results]At the fertility of 3 g urea,7.5 g calcium superphosphate and 1 g potassium sulfate for each pot,R.pseudostellariae plants showed the minimum antioxidant enzyme activities and the maximum chlorophyll content.In addition,chlorophyll content,CAT and SOD activity reached the highest significant correlation under different level of potassium,while no statistical significance was detected in the correlation between antioxidant enzyme activities and chlorophyll content under other treatments.[Conclusions]Under lower fertilities,the antioxidant enzyme activities of R.pseudostellariae plants were relatively high,while chlorophyll content was lower.With the increase of fertility,the antioxidant enzyme activities descended gradually and the chlorophyll content showed an ascending trend,but excessive fertigation would affect the production of R.pseudostellariae.
