Infrared Fingerprint Analysis of Gentianae macrophyllae Radix Coupled with Sequential Analysis of Dual-indexes and Cluster Analysis

【摘要】 [Objective]To find a method for rapid and effective identification of Gentiana macrophyllae habitats and varieties.[Methods]Using dual-index sequence analysis method(common peak ratio and variant peak ratio)and cluster analysis,infrared spectroscopy fingerprint of Gentiana macrophyllae of different habitats and varieties were analyzed.[Results]The identification results were consistent with the habitats and varieties of Gentiana macrophyllae;4 species could be divided into 3 categories,Gentiana crassicaulis and Gentiana straminea as one class,the others as another class.[Conclusions]Dual-index sequence analysis method and cluster analysis method combined with infrared spectroscopy fingerprint,can identify reliably Gentiana macrophylla samples of 2 or more different habitats and varieties.
