Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from the Aerial Roots of Ficus microcarpa by Orthogonal Test

【摘要】 [Objective]To optimize the extraction technology of total flavonoids from the aerial roots of Ficus microcarpa L. f. [Methods] With the content of total flavonoids as the detection index,the solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction times were taken as the factors. The extraction technology of total flavonoids from the aerial roots of F. microcarpa was optimized based on single factor test and orthogonal test. [Results]The optimal extraction technology of total flavonoids from the aerial roots of F. microcarpa was as follows: 1∶12 solid-liquid ratio, 2 h extraction time and 3 extraction times. Under this condition,the average extraction content of total flavonoids from the aerial roots of F. microcarpa was 13. 78 mg / g. [Conclusions] This extraction technology was stable and was suitable for the extraction of total flavonoids from the aerial roots of F. microcarpa.
