Optimization the Method of Microwave Assisted Extraction Technology of Acid in Star Anise by Orthogonal Test

【摘要】 [Objective]To explore the method of microwave assisted extraction technology of shikimic acid in star anise. [Methods] Using single factor experiment with orthogonal experiment method,to optimize the extraction conditions for studying the effect of different factors on the shikimic acid extraction rate. [Results] The best technology of microwave extract anise shikimic acid is material liquid ratio of 1 ∶ 20( g/mL),under the condition of temperature of 65 ℃ for 10 min,power 400 W,the anise shikimic acid content is 37. 45 g/mg. [Conclusions]the method of microwave assisted extraction technology is provided with advantages as simple operation,high extraction efficiency,repeatability is good and is worthy application.
