Extraction of Polysaccharides from Trametes robiniophila Murr and Their Antioxidant Properties

【摘要】 [Objective]To evaluate the antioxidant properties of polysaccharides from Trametes robiniophila Murr. [Methods]The polysaccharides of Trametes robiniophila Murr were separately extracted by cold caustic soda method,hot alkali method,conventional method,high temperature-ultrahigh pressure method,then analyzed via DPPH for evaluating their antioxidant properties in different groups. [Results]The deproteinization-treated grade I polysaccharides extracted by high temperature-ultrahigh pressure graded ethanol precipitation method yielded the highest content of polysaccharides( 41. 32%),and the grade II polysaccharides showed the highest antioxidant activities( 54. 73%). [Conclusions]Polysaccharides from Trametes robiniophila Murr are an effectively natural antioxidant that is endowed with high ability to scavenge free radicals.
