Research on the Technology of Ultrasonic Assisted Extraction of Flavonoids from the Stems and Leaves of Pratia begoniifolia

【摘要】 [Objective] To study the optimal technology of ultrasonic assisted extraction of flavonoids from the stems and leaves of Pratia begoniifolia. [Methods]Ethanol with the concentration of 70% was taken as the reagent,and ultrasonic was used as an auxiliary extraction equipment. Main factors influencing extraction of flavnoids and the optimal level range of the factors were determined by single factor experiment,and the optimal extraction conditions were determined by L9(34) orthogonal test. [Results]Factors influencing extraction of flavnoids from the stems and leaves of Pratia begoniifolia Lindl. from primary to secondary were: ultrasonic power > leaching temperature > extraction duration >ratio of solid to liquid. The optimal conditions were: the ultrasonic power was 350 W,the leaching temperature was 60 ℃,the extraction duration was 30 min,and the ratio of solid to liquid was 1∶20(g /mL). Under these conditions,the content of flavonoids in stems and leaves of Pratia begoniifoli was 38. 437 mg /g. [Conclusions]The optimum conditions gained from the experiment can provide basis for the development and utilization of Pratia begoniifolia.
