Optimization of SFE-CO2 Extraction Process of Total Vol atile Oil from Citrisarcodactylisfructus by Box-Behnken Design-Response Surface Methodology

【摘要】 [Objective] To optimize the SFE-CO2 extraction process of total volatile oil from Citrisarcodactylisfructus. [Methods] The influences of extraction temperature,extraction pressure,CO2 flow,extraction time,acquisition pressure and acquisition temperature on the extraction rate of total volatile oil from Citrisarcodactylisfructus were investigated firstly. Moreover,four significant factors such as extraction temperature,extraction pressure,CO2 flow and extraction time were selected to optimize the SFE-CO2 extraction process by Box-Behnken Design-response surface methodology( BBD-RSM). [Results] The highest extraction rate of total volatile oil from Citrisarcodactylisfructus 1. 892% could be obtained when extraction pressure was 57 MPa; extraction temperature was 67 ℃; CO2 flow was 22.0 L/h; extraction time was 4 h.It was verified by the further experiments and the relative standard deviation( RSD) between them was 2. 32%. [Conclusions] This experiment provides a reasonable method of optimizing the SFE-CO2 extraction process of total volatile oil from Citrisarcodactylisfructus,which can promote the further development and utilization of volatile oil from Citrisarcodactylisfructus.
